Well the plane landed safely and on time at LHR and Missus had a wheelchair from the plane and the electric buggy booked to baggage retrieval. Master and Morgan had to walk there. Passport control went smoothly and on to baggage control. We were amazed, Master and Morgan had got through Passport control and had collected all the luggage by the time we got there. Then we had to go through the green lane at customs and didn't get stopped. So through into the arrivals hall and to find the driver who is taking us home. We couldn't see anyone with a card with our name on, Master had a telephone number and rang it. The driver answered but it was difficult to see who was talking to us, as there were several of the drivers on their phones at the same time. However we did find him eventually and he had a placard with the Masters name on it. Then it seemed as though the car was parked a long way away in the carpark. Still we got loaded into the car and the driver set off for Brandon. I do hope Harbottle likes his new home. We arrived home between 10.00 and 11.00 am. Master and Missus got everything unpacked and sorted out the laundry while Morgan and I introduced Harbottle to the rest of the family. Then Morgan started boring the pants off the bedroom pack with tales of daring do, more like Daring Didn't! We are all shattered and went to bed early, but we are home safe and sound. We had a fantastic time, and seen some amazing things. I hope we can go on some more adventures again soon.

Little Harbottle who has joined the family. He is made from recycled Hard Plastic Bottles. Hence his name.

Walruses floating by on Ice Floes in the Beaufort Sea at 23.00. Amazing!

A funny story for you before I sign off this blog. Master and Missus had met some jolly Germans usually in the Lindstrom restaurant. One couple they had a jolly chat to one breakfast time. Then later in the cruise they were sat with them at lunch time. They had already ordered their lunch. Master and Missus had gone in for lunch because they were serving Beef Stew and Dumplings. Well the Jolly Germans got their lunches first and the husband looked at his stew and only saw meat, on moving it around he found 1 pathetic little dumpling. A short while later Masters arrived and there sitting on top were 4 Dumplings. Well we all had a good laugh about this and afterwards when ever we met, Master called him 'Herr Dumpling' this would cause great peels of laughter from Herr Dumpling, he didn't mind being called Herr Dumpling at all. In fact Master had met Herr Dumpling on the pool deck as the ship was docking. They said their good byes and apparently had a Man Hug.

So its good bye for now and my musings,

Charly Bear xx
